Small Business Administration, 8(a), Women-Owned, and Minority-Owned Businesses Certification and Contract Representation
Wanda Ballard Repasky has more than a decade of experience assisting our clients in the application process for certification by the Small Business Administration (SBA), and local, state and federal agencies so that they can become eligible to compete for government-funded development grants, transportation and infrastructure contracts available only to certified small, socially (minority) and economically disadvantaged businesses. We have successfully obtained certification with local agencies such as Louisville's Metropolitan Sewer District, Kentucky's Small and Minority Business Program, the National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC), and with similar state and federal programs across the nation.
We also assist our clients in their navigation of the state and federal government contracting process and can offer assistance with prequalification, EEO compliance, and contract negotiation. We represent construction companies, engineering consultants, ecological consultants, and small contractors, many for more than 20 years.
